Refund Policy
All refund requests related to the season will only be considered upon participant’s written notice to JettLife Youth Flag Football at [email protected], subject: Refund, before the applicable registration deadline (the refund notice period).
Please refer to the guidelines below related to processing a refund:
- All processing/shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
- 100% of the registration fee (minus processing/shipping fees) shall be refunded if the parent/guardian submit a Refund Request Form before the Registration Deadline for the participating season.
- NO REFUNDS will be issued once registration ends or if payment occurred during late registration.
- JETTLIFE YOUTH FLAG FOOTBALL will provide a make up game per season to accommodate any missing game should weather impact the season.
Please understand there may be situations out of our control where rescheduling will not always be possible
- No Refunds will be issued for merchandise purchased at time of registration or during the season for any reason with the exception of manufacturers defects. All defects must be reported through [email protected] , subject: Merchandise Defect, to be rectified.
- Any Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment or best applicable.
