Q: Who can play Flag?
A:  Boys and Girls!

This is a co-ed league for ages 4 – 14.

Q: What’s included in the Registration Fee?
A: A seven-week season including Championships
    NFL FLAG reversible team jersey, flag belt and flags
    Awards & trophies to teams who make Championship week

Q: How will players be placed on teams?
A: The league will form teams based on school and buddy request. We encourage all elementary and middle schools to join our league! We will form Teams based on the combination of the following criteria (listed in no specific order):

- School affiliation
- Current grade/age
- A Buddy Request (please understand we will try our BEST to accommodate but this is not a guarantee). Refunds will not be provided if we’re unable to accommodate a request.

Q: How many players will be on each team?
A: 7-11 players.  

Q: Uniforms?
A: Every player will receive an NFL reversible team jersey, flag belt and flags. Only NFL Flag-approved shorts or pocketless shorts/pants are allowed to avoid risk of injuring players' fingers while pulling flags. 

Q: Who are the coaches?
A: Our parents are our coaches! We strongly encourage our parents (especially moms) to register.  No experience is necessary. Training will be provided. If we are unable to secure a coach for a particular team, that team may be refunded.  

Q: How much playing time can my child expect?
A: All of our programs promote participation, fun, and fundamentals. Coaches are required to fairly allocate playing time equally among all players on the team. We will do our best to ensure all players receive equal playing time.

Q: Do players have to play with a mouthpiece?
A: Absolutely! All players must have a mouthpiece to participate.
